here is a free time project im working on. i used the Beast model as a sketch to do this one. Still working on the sss material. some parts need more work such as feet on the ground and the red fabric. Done by Maya,Zbrush and PS.
hey Ali, wow very high detail character. as you said skin shader needs more work. did you use displace map or just bump mapping? Overall this is great. Thumb's up :)

PS. are you sure about bump mapping in upper body? for example in his scapula, shouldn't be more bump there?
